Can I try TunelWay for free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You get 2 tunnels, 5 GB bandwidth, and a request inspector.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard.
Do you support African payment methods?
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Algerian CIB/EDAHABIA support via Chargily is coming soon.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth?
We notify you at 80% and 100%. Your tunnels won't be cut off — we'll work with you to upgrade or wait for the next cycle.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Not yet — it's on our roadmap. For now, TunelWay is fully managed so you can focus on building.
